Prototyping and short runs can be expensive and time consuming using the traditional methods.  Creating a die and printing can be very expensive for short runs.

At Clover Mill our digital printing and  die-cutting starts with your design files you create or if you don’t have a design and need help Clover Mill can assist with your entire project start to finish. 

Once a design and dielines are created we print direct to substrate and add special print registration marks that our M-Turbo uses to register and cut out your design. The M-Turbo’s registration sensor guarantees each piece is diecut perfectly, giving a professionally digitally diecut piece with every cut. 

The M Turbo has several tools allowing Clover Mill to print and cut most substrates from the thinnest up to 2” thick. 

If you’re in need of one print and contoured cut of .5” thick Gator board and the same print and cut in .250” Falconboard and 500 intricate cuts on SBS stock we can handle it!

Clover Mill can produce a high quality cost efficient digitally printed diecut part that will get you noticed.
